Welcome to 488 Portofino Loop, a luxury terraced lot situated on the SW side of our resort. This lot offers extra privacy with mature, lush bottle brush greenery that invites hummingbirds when the feathery, fire red blooms are in season!  The spacious seating area rests under an extra-large, covered patio boasting two ceiling fans, canned lighting, and LED rope lights.  For your outdoor dining experience set your dinner plates out at the Adirondack bar height table and rest comfortably at the four surrounding chairs.  Two pull down sunshades from the covered patio offer shade from the afternoon sun.  After a fun day exploring our area, rest your feet seated on the cushioned sofa, side chairs, or gliding bench as you enjoy your favorite beverage.  An outdoor 55" television also awaits you for your favorite game day!  As you head into the evening, share stories of your day with family and friends as you sit around a beautiful custom designed natural gas fire pit.  If you enjoy waking early for breakfast, the large propane griddle is ready to heat up your breakfast treats!  The stainless-steel counter space is available for your preparation and serving needs!  These two appliances are nestled inside a custom-built screened area allowing space for cooking and prepping under cover.  This property is just a skip away from one of our fenced dog parks, and our complimentary dog washroom!  This structure also offers a 5-star bath and laundry facilities!  When available, propane for the griddle is available for a minimal rental fee, please inquire with our Welcome Center.  Please note the covered grill is for owner use only.  During inclement weather or when exploring offsite, guests are asked to please ensure the pull-down shades are in the up position and the television is covered.  The griddle and stainless-steel prep station remain inside the screened patio.
