If you want to be mesmerized look no further!  Welcome to 493 Portofino Loop.  This premium, East facing, lake front lot offers a spectacular view of one of our cascading fountains.  What better way to experience the setting than sitting in a swing for two!  Around the oversized firepit there are two additional chairs to help with your comfort as you relax after a fun day exploring the area.  The granite surrounding the natural gas fireside provides ample space for your favorite refreshment!  If you prefer, take a seat at the bistro style bar to mix up your beverages and serve hors d'oeuvres!   The kitchen area of this lot is the Taj Mahal cooking space!  The granite countertop offers ample space for food preparation, a deep sink, natural gas grill, stove top, green egg, and a mini fridge.  After a fun evening pulling your BBQ together, dine in at the round table with four comfortable chairs, and a table umbrella.  This lot also offers additional paved space for those who may have bicycles, a motorcycle, or a golf cart.  This lot is situated in our Southwest corner of the resort next to one of our luxury bathhouses.  Laundry appliances and a dog washroom are also available in this building structure.  Enhanced landscaping coupled with a flowering archway and garden water feature add to this exquisite lot.  A key to the natural gas firepit is available at check in. Cushions to the bar stools and dining set are available in the bin located next to the table.  Please return cushions during inclement weather and upon departure.  Guests are also welcome to use the water hose at the pedestal. Please note the large telescoping umbrella is not available as part of the guest rental.
