After a fun day walking the beaches, take a seat in the two wood Adirondack chairs nestled around a cozy propane fire pit. Your lake front view brings you closer to our elegant cascading water fountains and magnificent clubhouse.  While seated in one of the two metal chairs, the center table adds the perfect fit for your morning coffee!  For your dining pleasure or game night enjoyment, take advantage of the oversized dinette table and seating for six inside the enclosed gazebo.  This lot also features four composite Adirondack chairs that can move around the lot easily.  The granite bar and sink with running water is ideal for mixing your perfect cocktails! Please note the green egg, grill, and umbrella are not available for guest use.  Monthly reservations permitted “at time of reservation”.  Initial daily or weekly rentals may extend but not at the monthly rates.  A 2-night minimum is required on nightly reservations, and a minimum 4-night stay is required over holidays.  When available, propane for the fire pit sold separately at the Welcome Center.  The casita on site is for owner's use exclusively. Per owner's request, personal wood burning fire pit/fireplace is not permitted.
