Bella Terra's FREE STAY Vacation Program
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or discontinue any promotion, including the "FREE STAY Vacation Program" promotion, at any time, with or without notice. "Guest Referral" Certificates as well as "Return Visit" certificates are valid for any lot and provide for discounting off the standard rental pricing. Additionally, a certificate MUST be presented at time of check in order to be valid and eligible for promotional offer. The certificate must be valid when presented based on the expiration date and also have valid authorization signature .
This "FREE STAY Vacation Program" promotion is based on resort occupancy. If resort occupancy exceeds the established limit on a given day, the resort reserves the right to decline the discount. Working similar to airlines and hotels, Bella Terra has assigned a limited number of available nights for the promotion. The promotion may be available for a weekday but not a weekend or not at all for the period of your desired to stay. These policies are consistent with industry standard revenue / occupancy management.

Blackout Dates – Reserve Early
Blackout dates are subject to change without notice. Please inquire with Bella Terra for a full list of blackout dates. A blackout date is defined as a day that there are no redemption discounts or stays available at the resort. All holidays and weekends are high probability blackout dates. Please inquire with Management as availability is based on occupancy at the time of reservation.
